Manage your subscription

Your NutriAI Pro subscription is billed securely through the App Store or Google Play. That means you manage, change or cancel it right from your device's store settings — quick and secure.

On iPhone or iPad (App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select NutriAI from the list.
  4. Change your plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.

On Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select NutriAI from your subscriptions.
  4. Tap Manage to change your plan, or Cancel subscription.

Cancelling stops future renewals — you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that you'll move to the free plan; your data stays in the app.

Having trouble, or were charged unexpectedly? Email privacy@nutriai.co.in and we'll help. For refunds, contact the store you purchased through (Apple or Google), since they process all payments.
