We believe data ownership belongs to you — not us. You can permanently delete your NutriAI profile and all associated health data at any time, instantly and completely, using the in-app option or by submitting a request below.
This action is permanent and irreversible
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All meal logs, body measurements, goals, water logs, and settings will be permanently erased. If you have a Pro subscription, please cancel it in Google Play before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
How to Delete Your Account
The fastest and most complete way to delete all your data. This wipes the encrypted database, all preferences, and biometric enrollment from your device immediately.
Settings.Clear All Data (shown in red at the bottom of Settings).If you no longer have access to your device, cannot open the app, or prefer a written confirmation of deletion, submit the form below. We will process your request within 3 business days and send you a confirmation email.
What we can delete remotely
Since NutriAI stores all health data locally on your device (not on our servers), a remote deletion request primarily deletes any support tickets, email correspondence, or Pro subscription records we hold. Device-stored data must be cleared via the in-app method or by uninstalling the app.

We hold no health data on our servers
NutriAI is built with a privacy-first architecture. Your meal logs, body measurements, and nutrition data are stored exclusively on your device in an AES-256 encrypted database. We never upload or retain your health data — so a server-side deletion of health data is not applicable.

Your legal rights
Under GDPR (Article 17), CCPA, and India's DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to request erasure of your personal data. NutriAI fully supports and honours these rights. Since we hold no health data on our servers, exercising this right via the in-app delete function is the most complete and immediate option available to you.
