This page explains how NutriAI protects your information and how you can export or permanently delete your data.
1. How we secure your data
- On-device encryption — your nutrition data is stored locally with encryption.
- PIN & biometric lock — the app can be locked with a PIN and fingerprint or face unlock.
- No data selling — we never sell your personal or health information.
- Secure transmission — any data sent over the network uses encrypted connections.
2. Exporting your data
You can request a copy of your data at any time. Email us and we will help you export your information in a portable format.
3. Deleting your data
You are in control of your data. To delete it:
- In the app — use Settings → Clear All Data to permanently remove your locally stored data. This cannot be undone.
- By request — email us to request full deletion of any account-linked data we may hold.
4. Requesting account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email privacy@nutriai.co.in from your registered email with the subject "Delete my data". We will process verified requests promptly.
