These Terms of Service govern your use of the NutriAI app and related services. By using NutriAI, you agree to these terms.

1. Using NutriAI

NutriAI provides nutrition tracking and AI-assisted insights. You must use the app lawfully and not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

2. Not medical advice

NutriAI is a wellness and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or dietary decisions. Calorie and macro estimates, including AI food scans, are approximations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure, including your PIN and login credentials.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• NutriAI offers a free tier and paid Pro plans (monthly and yearly).
• Pro plans begin with a 14-day free trial unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions are billed through your app store and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime via your app store settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Intellectual property

NutriAI and its content, design and trademarks belong to NutriAI. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NutriAI is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
