By downloading, installing, or using the NutriAI application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NutriAI Technology Private Limited ("NutriAI", "we", "us", "our").
You must be at least 13 years of age to use NutriAI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.
NutriAI is an Android mobile application that provides:

The information provided by NutriAI — including calorie counts, macro calculations, and nutrition suggestions — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

NutriAI disclaims all liability for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.
The free version of NutriAI includes AI food recognition (up to 10 scans per day), barcode scanning, calorie and macro tracking, water logging, 7-day history, and biometric security. The free tier is provided at no cost and with no time limit.
NutriAI Pro is available as a monthly subscription (₹199/month). Pro subscribers receive unlimited AI scans, full analytics history, custom meal plans, data export, and priority support. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

All content within NutriAI, including but not limited to the app design, code, AI models, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of NutriAI Technology Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your personal data (meal logs, body measurements, preferences) belongs to you. We claim no ownership over any data you create within the App.
While we strive for accuracy, NutriAI cannot guarantee that all nutritional information — including AI-recognized foods, barcode-scanned products, and the built-in food database — is 100% accurate. Nutritional values may vary by brand, preparation method, regional variation, and serving size estimation. Always verify critical nutritional information with authoritative sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NutriAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim, or ₹2,400, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutriAI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of NutriAI at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the App. We may release mandatory updates through Google Play; continued use of the App requires installing such updates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through an in-app notification and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of NutriAI after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
